"Here we are back again!! My wife purchased her Ultra classic in Jan this year. I hit a dog and totaled my 08, so of course I had to get another one. I went to look when I was well healed and saw the new 2010 Ultra Limited and the one they had was sold. But AGAIN they found one (while we were there Saturday) and had it in by Monday. Before we could pick it up my wife's bike had problem and Larry sent his son to pick hers up. Wow, what great people!! The process is so easy with them and again Kelvin was great! They added all the xtras I wanted and had us ready to go by the end of the week. We were able to head to Eureka Springs, AR to put on the first 500 miles now we are taking it in for the first service tomorrow. No better place to go than Yeagers. Thanks for everything. "We rode up from Jefferson City just to check out your shop and get a patch or two. I saw the new Yamaha V-Star 950 and when I sat on it, it was all over. I loved my 650 V-Star Classic but you guys made me a deal I just couldn't refuse. And let me tell you I LOVE THIS NEW BIKE!!!! I picked it up Friday after you put the Cobra pipes on it and some other accessaries and I have already put 470 miles on it. "I stopped by while in town doing some Christmas shopping in December 2008. Kelvin met me when I walked through the door. I was ready for a pushy salesman and that was the opposite of what happened. He asked if he could show me anything and I said that I was looking for a Black Denim Street Bob. He pointed me to the exact bike on the floor. Once I sat on it I knew that I had to have it (especially because of the price). I got Kelvin's business card, went home, and returned two months later after talking to dealers from Columbia, MO to Alexandria, LA. There is not another Harley Davidson dealership like this. In February I called and told Kelvin what I wanted. He said they had already sold the bike that I wanted; however, he said that he could probably get one. Later that day he called back and said that they had a bike that another dealer wanted and that this dealer had the bike that I wanted. It was a deal. All I had to do was submit the application online. I did that and on the same day the bike was mine. At that point I realized that the sales and finance staff are great. I drove in the following Saturday after having them order forward controls and install them. I spent less than an hour at the dealer and I was on my way home on the exact bike with the exact options that I asked for. They are an amazing dealership. "

"We have been customers of Yeagers for several years but our last purchase was the best. I had bought my 2008 V-Star from Kelvin in Oct. 08. I was ready to move up to a Harley and had been trying to decide on which one I wanted and would fit me. Everyone there from Chad and Dave in parts to Kelvin, Nathan, Jay and Larry were more than happy to help us. Larry even went with me on my test drive since my husband was not available. Kelvin loaned me his jacket and sunglasses since I didn't come prepared to ride that day. They all were there to help me make my decision without any pressure. Chris was also great when it came time to actually purchase my new 2009 Soft tail Deluxe. I love it and have been back in a few times since I picked it up and everyone asks me how I like it. Nathan kept me informed on my parts that we ordered for it,and when Arron had it ready for pick up. Everyone there treats you like family as soon as you walk in the door. We will continue to do all our business there. I want to thank all the guys, and of course Melissa and Penny for everything they have done for us and for helping make buying my new toy so much fun!!!!"

" In September 08 I started kicking around the idea of Purchasing a long sought after Harley. So, I head to my local dealer ( Yeager’s ) and am greeted by Kelvin. I promptly explain that I am just looking but considering a spring / summer 09 purchase. I don’t know how many times ( at least a dozen ) between then and now ( January 09 ) I stopped back in just to look , ask questions, and consider options for my future hopeful purchase. . I also don’t know how many different new and used bike I was shown and that I asked questions about but I know every time I showed up I was always treated very well. I was always promptly paid attention to and they took the time and care to show me and answer questions about everything I was even remotely interested in. At one point I was conflicted on which model I really wanted so I was sent out for test drives on three different models just so I could get a feel for each. The last couple weeks when I was getting more serious about buying I wanted to make sure I was getting the best deal on the best bike I could find so I shopped around. I went to what I consider to be four different reputable dealers in close proximity. A couple I had good experience with, a couple not. Kelvin knew I was shopping around and never got an attitude, lost interest, lost patience, stopped answering questions, or stopped being helpful. Kelvin did what four other dealers couldn’t. He let me shop, make up my own mind, never once feeling pressured, and helped me purchase a Harley. Through the whole process Kelvin and everyone on staff were exceptional. Thanks. "

"I saw the Ice Blue Ice Black Ultra Classic, it was exactly what I wanted and I would have bought it on the spot, but the dealership I was at said they didn't know if they could find another one it was only made Oct-Dec it was November. They didn't make any effort to find out so I called Yeager's when I got home and spoke to Kelvin. That was a Saturday, Monday (they were open) he called said there were 3 in the state but had to wait till Tues to see if they were sold. Tues he called said all had deals but one may not go thru. He called again that day and said there was one in St Louis. I gave him what he needed to hold the bike and it was in by the week after Thanksgiving (They went to pick it up for me in St Louis) Then they held it for me till Jan 2, who wants to pay tax a whole year ahead of time and I picked it up yesterday. WOW what a way to start the New Year. Kelvin, Chris, Paul, everyone was fantastic. When I went in to do the paperwork is was painless and did not take all day. I don't know how many times we went in and looked, but didn't buy (twice we bought bikes elsewhere because of immediate availability) but never again will we go anywhere but Yeager's Last winter the service guys had installed a JM cb radio to the 08 Suzuki I traded in and the service dept was everybit as great as the sales guys so I will look forward to having my new bike serviced there as well. What a great bunch of people to work with. Great place to just go by and hang out, try it sometime, maybe you will find the bike of your dreams like I did. Thanks Guys, your the best. Sue"

"last saturday on my way from Raymore (kansas City) to Columbia my HD Roadster developed a loose battery connection and would not restart. the repair was simple but with no tools on hand I decided to limp into Yeager's for help. "We were traveling through Missouri on our way to Los Angeles, and had a flat rear tire on our Heritage Softail, and were on US route 50 about 15 miles west of Sedalia. I got on the web with my laptop and cellular card, and went to Harley's web site and found Yeager's Cycle Sales. I called the service department, they dispatched a truck and trailer to pick us up, within 45 minutes of calling them we were at the dealership. Went across the street for some lunch while they replaced the tire and tube. About an hour later we got the bike back, washed and ready to go. If your in the area of Sedalia, I highly recommend stopping to see these guys, they're good people, and we were treated extremely well. "

"Yep, that address is correct, I came over 500 miles to purchase a 2008 RoadKing Classic from Yeager Cycle in April. I was down visiting family in March and my dad recommended we drive into Sedalia and pay a visit to Yeager's. We went in and took a look around, there were no Classic's on the floor at the time. I was then approached by Nathan the sales person and unlike the sales rep's in my area, he did not look for my check book and balance prior to talking. Instead, he ask what I was looking for and how I may want it set-up. He indicated that even though it was not on the floor he would find and he delivered. Has for the wheeling and dealing it was very low pressure and Nathan was not looking for the check prior to shooting me their offer, with little hassle, we came to an agreement. Nathan kept in contact with me over the next couple weeks to let me know how things were coming along. He also hooked me up with the "Money Man" Chris who was great to deal with (you know those finance boys) I can say that, I work for a bank. He was great on the phone and a pleasure to work with in person even though he took my money :) Now, along the way, Nathan had a very unfortunate loss in the famliy the week prior to me coming to pick up my bike; my sympathies Nathan. Jay the sales manager stepped in and did a great job of finishing up the deal and was very nice to work with. Then the next thing you know, here is the owner Larry coming over to see who was coming from Minneapolis to buy a bike. Next thing you know, Larry and Jay are unloading my trade and tying down the new bike in bad weather. I have not come across any other dealerships that I feel the owner would be out there tying down a bike "that's service". I regret not meeting the person who did the work that I had done to the bike, maybe next time I am in town. The only other regret I have is that I am 500 miles away, so I will not be able to enjoy the on-going service work on my new Harley! I also got a follow-up call from Nathan when he returned to work to make sure everything went as planned in his absence. Nice work by everyone at Yeager, I would strongly recommend your dealership you anyone who wants to feel comfortable and taken care of while purchasing an expensive toy!! Thanks, Curt McNamara"

"My wife,Dee and I were riding in support of our troops coming back from Iraq, and the Softtail Deluxe we bought last year would not start when we were leaving the house so we had to jump it. We went on the ride and after we got the troops back to sedalia we went by the dealership and I told them what was going on, with out hesitation they tested the battery and it showed good with the tester but on an analog meter it was bad, They promply changed out the battery and we were done!!!! Total time to do this 30 minutes, Having a great dealership to take care of you, PRICELESS!!!!!!"

They do treat all their customers with respect and friendliness, I stopped in on spring break, May 2006 and spent time with the sales staff, discussing Harley's from the 70's, they updated me on what is current with Harley Davidson and guess what, I returned in February 2007 and purchsed my first new bike in 25 years. "I really have done a disservice to the dealership, employees and owners, by not offering this testimonial sooner. May 2006 provided an opportunity to do a long ride to anywhere. No plans, no routes, etc. My 15k service was necessary as were those of a couple of guys out of Florida that I started riding with in Mississippi. We sought help (internet) from a friend at home and discovered Yeager's was our closest dealership. We were a little shocked when we pulled in and found the Yamaha sign hanging with the HD and weren't sure what to think. We all had our normal service work performed but problems were found on one of the other guy's bikes which led us to stay over in Sedalia one night while the troubled bike got an engine overhaul. In by 9 a.m. the first day and out by noon the next. The sales staff, parts staff, owner and particularly the service techs were the best we've encountered anywhere. I know why Yeager's has been in business for 50+ years now. My hat's off to you guys while I raise my glass of Cabo Wabo! Thanks for helping make the roadtrip to nowhere memorable."
